ATTACK BY USING SPEED,POWER,TIMING & DISTANCE - ALL AT THE SAME TIME !! NEVER FORGET THE ELEMENT OF SURPISE ATTACK!
IMMOVABLE ELBOW THEORY : This is the idea that originally came from "Wing Chun gung fu" system. you WILL NOT compromise the space between your arms and your body when somebody is pressing an attack. If they successfully pin your arms against you then you have lost a lot of options. So when in trapping always keep 4 to 6 inches between your elbow and your body.
OFFENSIVELY, it positions your lead arm closer 2 opponent & in the almost - perfect position for a non-telegraphing strike!
DEFENCIVELLY, it is positioned for natural protection!
ECONOMY OF MOTION : Economy of motion means that you use no wasted movement. That is to say, you make only the motions that are effective and necessary. Do not over extend, or follow through to far after a punch, it will leave you open. If you are able to retract quicker you can attack again quicker, or be ready to defend.

THE FIRST IS TO RUN LIKE MAD ! THE SECOND IS DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS AND GET OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! REMEMBER THIS ONE THING, WHEN SOMEONE IS ATTACKING YOU HE WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET WHAT THEY WANT, SO SHOULD YOU, BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER TO STAY RELAXED AND ALERT!!!!
TO RE-ACT TO AN ATTACK IN A SPLIT SECOND, IS TO HARD FOR THE EVERYDAY BODD TO REALLY GET TO GRIPS WITH, HOWEVER HAVING SAID THAT, MOST PEOPLE JUST ACT WHEN AND IF A SITUATION ARISES, THIS IS THE BEST WAY, BUT WITH THOUGHT !! Never inflict more damage than is necessary for you to escape! (Unharmed!!) If your life is threatened, YOU MUST BE RUTHLESS!HOWEVER THIS DOESN'T MEAN GO AROUND KICKING THE LIVE SH** OUT OF PEOPLE!!!!!!
IN BEING RUTHLESS THIS MEANS :IF YOUR ATTACKER CAN'T STAND THEY CAN'T FIGHT!IF YOUR ATTACKER CAN'T SEE THEY CAN'T FIGHT!IF YOUR ATTACKER CAN'T BREATHE THEY CAN'T FIGHT!IF YOUR ATTACKERS IS IN PAIN THEY ARE DISTRACTED THEY CAN'T FIGHT, BUT BEWARE OF FEINTS!!IF YOUR ATTACKERS LIMBS DON'T WORK HE CAN'T FIGHT! MAKE SURE ALL RANGES OF WEAPONS, ARE FULLY PROFICIENT, THIS INCLUDES WORKING ON YOUR TIMING & BROKEN RYTHYM ETC....!
Keep your foot work fluid to evade attacks and for attacking!! SOMETIMES YOUR OPPONENT HAS A WEAPON, SO BE PREPARED PSYCHOLOGICALLY TO GET HERT OR CUT, THERE FOR IF YOU DO GET HERT OR CUT, So IT WON'T BE SUCH A SHOCK OR JUST LOSE CONTROL!!! Use your longest weapons to the nearest targets i.e. Side kick to the knee or shin!
Attack the eyes, throat, nose, solar plexus, groin, knee, shin, sciatic nerve, all round the jaw, floating ribs, pressure points (in the thighs, arms, neck), Also concider limb disableing i.e. Attacking the biceps in the center between tricep & bicep, makes the attackers arm go dead!! Or a swift kick to the ankles of the attacker (very painful)!!
