    Not knowing exactly who had sent the message, or even recognising the number, I did check-out your site, and here's is the proof, I was very impressed with the usefull information I could gather from your site, and although I wished I could have some knowledge of martials arts or just some self defence street fighting moves, I don't seem to find the time to actually learn, I may practice some simple exercises from time to time.

    I hope you attract a lot of martial arts students to your school, and a lot of success and achievment.
